    Ordered food via their website on a Wednesday night. After an hour and half waiting I called and was informed the order was in the car on it's way. A further 15mins and no delivery!! On calling back I was then informed they hadn't recieved my order and the person who took my previous call was new staff and the order was to a different address!!!!! Sounded like a lame excuse.

    This wasn't the first time this kind of thing had happened. The previous time the excuse was the boss was away and no one had the login for the computer. Gave them benefit of the doubt but don't think I will from now on!!!
